Our recommendation: For a team your size, we usually split by role or function (Option B) with a hands-on and educational mix (Option C). A grant writer and a program coordinator use AI very differently, and people learn faster practicing on their own real tasks. We confirm the right shape once we see your answers below.

We price to scope, not by the seat
A 90-minute team session and a multi-session cohort split by department are very different builds. Quoting before we understand your team would mean guessing, which either overcharges you or underbuilds the program. Neither is fair to a mission-driven team.
